Refund policy

As our all of our items are second hand, some wear is to be expected. This may extend, for example, to piling, pinholes, marks or areas of discolouration, repairs, alterations or other faults. We do our best to describe and/or photograph any faults which majorly affect the wearability, longevity or aesthetic of an item.

We offer a 30-day return policy should an item arrive with a major flaw which we failed to describe or photograph. Return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer returns for change of mind or fit (sizing). Please choose carefully and review the provided measurements before purchasing, remembering vintage sizing is usually inaccurate and measurements are the only way to ensure a perfect fit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in all original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please again note we are not able to accept refunds for change of mind or fit (sizing). We are a small Tassie owned and operated business and as much as we would love to be able to provide this service, we're not there yet. If you need help learning how to measure yourself or garments please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.


Certain types of items cannot be returned such as customised products or orders such as mystery boxes or made to order items like crochet pieces and other handmade items or any other item or order that has been personalised in any way, lingerie and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on mystery boxes, sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
